Service Policy

Billing cycle renews on the 1st of each month. Late payments will result in service interruption and/or late fees. Customer agrees to maintain valid payment method or pay invoice upon receipt. Household waste only. No hazardous materials, chemicals, concrete, dirt, or hot ashes. Containers must not be overloaded or exceed weight limits. Customer must keep containers accessible and clear of snow or obstructions. Damage caused by misuse will result in repair or replacement charges. Black Canyon Waste LLC is not responsible for driveway or surface damage caused by normal operations, especially during winter or soft ground conditions.

Service Changes & Termination

Service changes (container size, shared usage, or cancellations) must be requested in advance. Black Canyon Waste reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for repeated policy violations, nonpayment, or unsafe conditions.

Policy Updates

This service policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
